Two days in Cappadocia means fitting in three things: a balloon, a day tour and a night inside the rock. This package lines them up in sequence without letting any of them crowd the others. You sleep in your cave room, and wake to a balloon.
The price is per person in a twin room. It includes one night in a boutique cave hotel with breakfast, a Standard sunrise balloon flight, a choice of the Red or the Green tour, and airport meet-and-greet and drop-off transfers. All of it under a single booking, with a single contact point.
At the airport, either Nevşehir Cappadocia (NAV) or Kayseri Erkilet (ASR), you are met with a name sign and taken to the hotel by shared shuttle. Bags are dropped, then your chosen tour begins. The Red Tour (Göreme museum, Paşabağ, Devrent, Avanos) is easier and more balanced for first-timers. The Green Tour (Derinkuyu underground city, Ihlara Valley, Selime) is longer, more active and has more walking. Tour entrances and lunch are included. If your flight lands in the afternoon, write to us and the tour will be rearranged to your arrival time; that isn't always possible, so a flight closer to morning is better.
You stay in a boutique hotel in the Göreme, Uçhisar or Ürgüp area, in rooms carved into the tuff or built of stone, in a twin room. Cave rooms are cool in summer and heated in winter; thick stone walls swallow sound and nights are very quiet. From the terrace or courtyard of most hotels you can see the balloons rise at dawn. The hotel's name and the details of the room are given in your confirmation message.
You are picked up from the hotel about two hours before sunrise, which is between 03:30 and 05:45 depending on the season. At the launch field there are tea, coffee and a light breakfast, then the inflation and a Standard flight of about an hour. After landing there is a toast with non-alcoholic drinks and your pilot signs your certificate. Back at the hotel breakfast is waiting, and you have free time until check-out and the airport transfer. A flight home in the afternoon or evening makes this the most relaxed way to run the package.
If the balloon is cancelled because of weather, it is moved to the next morning if your stay allows it; if you are leaving the next morning, the balloon part of the price is refunded. If you'd like to extend by a night, write to us and we'll arrange it with the hotel.
Dinner is not part of the package, because dinner in Cappadocia can become a small discovery of its own. In Göreme and Ürgüp there are restaurants in stone buildings, the regional dish testi kebabı cooked in a clay pot that is broken open at the table, vineyard-house wines and grills sending up smoke. Our advice is to stroll through your hotel's town at dusk and walk into whichever place catches your eye or your nose. If you'd like to add the Turkish night, mention it in the booking note; the show runs on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
The first mistake is stretching the first evening without counting the balloon morning. Pick-up is about two hours before sunrise, so an early first night is this package's best investment; dine in town, but not late. Pack your bag and lay out your clothes and charger the evening before; hunting for things in the dark after midnight is the worst start.
The second is booking your flight home too early. For breakfast, check-out and transfer without hurrying, choose an afternoon or evening flight. If possible, choose a changeable ticket as a safeguard: if the balloon is postponed for weather, extending your stay only helps if you can move your flight.
The third is leaving the Red or Green Tour choice to the last minute. The first day's time is limited, so put your choice in the booking note, or write to us and we'll choose together around your flight. Finally, dress in layers for the balloon: the launch field can be cool before sunrise, and you warm up as the light rises.

The price is per person in a twin room. No payment is taken when you send a booking request; you pay on the day, in cash (EUR, USD, TRY) or by card. Requests are usually confirmed within 1–2 hours and always within 24 hours. Put your choice of Red or Green Tour in the booking note. The order of the programme can be rearranged to your flight times. Children aged 0 to 5 are free but cannot fly in the balloon; the child price applies from 6 to 12. If you're a first-timer who wants an easy day, choose Red. If you like walking, underground cities and valleys, choose Green, but expect a long, active day.
If your stay allows it, we move you free of charge to the next morning. If you leave the next morning, the balloon part is refunded; we can extend your stay by a night if you wish.
Send us your flight time and we'll rearrange the tour around your arrival. On very late arrivals the tour may not fit, and we'll tell you honestly when you book.
Yes. Ages 6 to 12 pay the child price and 0 to 5 are free. Children under 6 cannot fly in the balloon, so the package includes no flight for them.
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour. No-shows are not refunded. If the balloon is cancelled for weather or operational reasons, it is moved free of charge to the next morning if possible, otherwise the balloon part is fully refunded.
